Review: I bought a La-Z boy recliner in May 2013, the cushion has fallen to the point to were you can feel the springs. Five and a half (5 1/2) months later they came and installed a piece of foam. Well now not only can I feel the edges of the foam but the springs again. When the two men from services came again today (1/29/14) one proceeded to come over and get in my face and tell me about all the furniture stores and manufactures that filled bankruptcy or went out of business, then told me he wasn't going to do anything with my chair and I should live with it. La-Z Boy warrants it's cushion for one year and I feel something needs to be done to resolve this. I am not a large man (~200 lbs.) way below most specs of chair manufactures, so I can not see where there is an issue on the warranty.Desired Settlement: I feel since the chair in their eyes is deemed un-repairable that I would like a refund to find a company/chair that is useable. As of now it is just a piece of furniture that is taking up space and at 8 months old and not a cheap (in dollar amount) chair, I can not just toss it and go get another, especially if this one is still under warranty.

Mr. [redacted] purchased a sofa and recliner on 5/28/13 from our store. On 11/27/13 we received a call for service on the recliner. He said the recliner didn't seem to have enough padding in the seat cushion.
