Sawyer Trail Apartments

We lease from sawyer trails and we are a military family.
1) we are being discriminated against as military and being overcharged and also picked on and treated like complete garbage by the property manager.
2) property manager verbally attacked me and called my husband a lying sack of white trash
3) the dog below us is on the restricted breeds list and aggressively tried to attack our legal ESA dog while we walked it outside.
4) We were charged $3,000+ to move in and I was personally charged an extra $1,300+ to be put on my husbands lease.
5) We have received multiple complaints of our dog barking, our dog doesn’t bark and I am home all day every day. It happens to be that the downstairs dog barks non stop and the office people are blaming our dog for it so I started taking videos whenever the barking would begin and including our dog in the videos and she was very clearly not barking or making a sound.
6) the office manager is EXTREMELY racist and rude. She violated my HIPA rights and harassed my therapist for reasons why I need my ESA animal and what I’m diagnosed with. My therapist told me this and then I questioned the office manager about this and she verbally threatened me and my husband.
7) One day we called security because our neighbors were threatening us and the office manager decided to call me a fat *** and a liar meanwhile my husband had the video of the neighbors attempting to spit on me.
