As the attached invoice shows, I was charged for a Tekstyle brand cover, model *** and was sent an Extang brand cover, model 44405. This is
unambiguously the vendor's mistake for charging me an invoice for one item and sending me another. Their solution, that I pay the return shipping in order to process a refund, is not acceptable to me

Please have the customer email us with a pick up address to ***@uniqueautodepot.com and we will email a return label

Please have the customer ship the item back to *** * *** ** # Scottsdale Az once we get our item back we can issue a full refund !

Correct item was shipped. Customer does not like the way these are installed. For full refund he would be responsible in shipping the item back to us.

The correct item was shipped to the customer for free if the customer is not satisfied or happy with the products we offer a full refund upon receiving of the product back to us unfortunately we do not provide return labels for items are shipped correctly thank you

The correct item was not shipped.  The vent visors are not in-channel as described on the website.  In my first and initial phone call to...

UniqueAutoDepot I described the situation to the representative.  They told me that the “In-Channel” description was merely a generic description that represented all the vent visors options. Admittance at that point, for the wrong item, was confirmed.  Additionally, the 3m stick-on visors that I was shipped are clearly not for my truck, the visors are over 3 inches longer the actual window itself.  I can send a photo indicating this, if needed.  However, that is not the main issue, they are not in-channel vent visors.
