Horribly slow claims process and unresponsive costumer service I have been waiting for over months for a small huricane related claim

Awful company, Don't be fooled by their cheap prices, We had a full private inspection done on our home before we bought it everything checks out great, House is only years old, So we paid this company a year ins upfront , Then they send out some old guy in a beat up truck walks around the house and leaves, We get a letter weeks later saying our roof is in disrepair and they our cancelling our policy, LOL WHAT? We had the private inspector go on the roof and everything is fineNow we have to get a new company which would be no problem but they have a year payment of our money which they owe us months back and we have not received our money back yet, Looks like we have to sue this awful company, TOTAL NIGHTMARE

Recently purchased our first homeAfter a month of purchase Sawgrass Mutual sends us notice that policy will be canceled if cracks from wear throughout the years isn't fixed within a month and a halfRepairs would cost several thousands as we have a large drivewayFound that to be highly unreasonableEspecially considering all the costs that entail initial purchase of a homeI'd guess that there are other homeowners with cracks in the driveway that are still successfully insured in Florida
Also was surprised that the company sent an inspector out to examine the property two months after we started the policy
