The hotel looks very modern and most staff is polite and well manneredThe manager is extremely rude and the staff is not helpful when there is an issueI was charged three (3) timesNo one is able to successfully explain any of the charges, nor can they tell me the cost of the room I was inWhen I called to inquire, the staff told me to call for the manager in a couple of hoursI asked if they could take my information and have the manager contact me and I was told noI called back in the couple of hours and was sent to the manager's phoneShe asked me to hold and after minutes of waiting on hold (as per the timer on my cell phone) I called on a landline to explain that I had been on hold for minutes and felt it was ridiculousFinally, the manager picked up the phone and we were talking about my issueWhen I mentioned that I waited on hold for minutes, she said I had not and I explained that the timer on my phone said minutes, so it had unfortunately been minutesShe apologized (not genuine at all) then explained she was on a conference call(Why didn't she mention the conference call at the beginning? Why didn't she originally explain and take my information to call back?) My issue still isn't resolvedThey charged me (3) times and will not act professionally to resolveI have no other person at Sawgrass Grand to speak with as everyone insists she is the only personI no have to wait and dispute charges with my bankWhat a pain....If you need a headache and unauthorized charges....just stay at the Sawgrass Gand
