I usually am a fan of meteor brand cylinder kits for chainsaws. I ordered 5 kits for a ms200t chainsaw. all were not up to par for rebuilding. all 5 did NOT pass the pressure test. all leaked at the spark plug area. I went through several, new, ngk spark plugs along with the one supplied. they never passed. I ended up buying some chaimpion plugs which ended up passing the pressure test. the plug needed to be tightened up more than needed. they plugs thread way looser than an oem stihl cvlinder. all cylinders had hanging chads in the crew hole on the cylinder that would hold up the crews from threading. one of the 5 cylinders has casting blemishes on the plug threads. almost like it had air pockets from the casing. I tried to white a review on their site but never was posted so im doing it here. I dont want other people buying this junk. sawagian shipped promptly. I never had any luck from them answering the phone, several times I called. they have a message stating the best way for faster response is emailing them.
Sawneveragain was given a shipping address and a billing address. They totally ignored my Florida shipping address and shipped my order to my NY billing address I needed my order in florida not 1300 miles away in NY It was delivered by USPS to a mailbox and left in the snow thankfully a neighbor noticed the package and retrieved it and notified me. This wasn't free shipping it was 10.85 for a package < 2lbs
I am rejecting this response because: the motor had low compression and the other problems described in the original email considering it was unusable they should pay the return shipping

us he wanted to return it because he claimed the compression was too low (90psi) at that time he made no mention of any other issuesWe informed him he could return it for a refund and issued him a RGAOnce the item was returned we retested the compression and found it to be standard at 135psi and notified him of that, there were no other issues with the engine as he claimsWe refunded the customer for the full cost of the itemThe customer apparently felt we should pay the cost of the return as well but since there was no issue with the item we followed our return policy: Which states "If you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind we will refund you the cost of the product minus shipping."
