To Whom May Be Concerned:This letter is in response to the claims made by our customers [redacted] and [redacted] regarding their service experience from Savon Flooring. The claims made by the [redacted] 's (who will be referred to as the “customer" or “customers" in this letter) include a change in the bid due to a salesperson errorThis error was brought to the customer's attention within less than hours of the original quote being given and the customer was given the opportunity to cancel the orderEfforts were made to accommodate the error and to offer the best, as well as a discounted, total priceThe customer “threatened" canceling the order more than once prior to any work being done in the home, and at all times the customer was offered a full refund on their deposit and full opportunity to cancel the orderThe customer decided to continue with the contract, which was never changed further. The second claim regarding the manager/owner “screaming" at the customer does not have any merit due to the fact that it was the perception of the customer themselvesThere were a few discussions with elevated emotions between both the manager and the customer, but the customer called the office multiple times in a harassing manner to push scheduling, etcThe office manager and assistant manager did everything in their power to work amicably with this customer and keep the job running smoothlyAt no point did Savon Flooring ever threaten “to come take everything out of [their] house.”In any type of home remodel or construction job, there may be unforeseen issues that come up during the job and Savon Flooring tries to uphold the best standards while communicating during the job process with all customersIn this particular claim, we worked with the customer's schedule to finish the job (with the exception of minor service repairs) and ended up finishing ahead of schedule. In regards to the last claim, Savon Flooring is currently working on exemption from the CA Worker's Compensation programWe operate with our general liability coverage policy to permit our subcontractors to perform work in our customers' homesOur CA contractor's license is active, and the suspension was/is due to a paperwork and coverage error from our former worker's compensation providerAt this point, we are working with this customer to make sure any service repair is properly addressed and taken care of.Regards, [redacted] Savon Flooring Manager

bid due to a salesperson error. This error was brought to the customer's attention within less than 48 hours of the original quote being given and the customer was given the opportunity to cancel the order. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We have never harassed them. They have been payed in full for weeks and the job is still not done. They respond that they will do something and don't follow up. I have asked many times for things to be completed. The owner did threaten to take the things out of my home. And, emotional conversation would be a very nice description of how he have heard him yell at us, many times. Thanks
Regards,

Review: There are quite a few issues. **, the owner gave us a quote, and then 4 days later, increased it by 10,000 because of a mistake. He has screamed at both my husband and I multiple times, and did not come when he said he was going to. When I asked for a discount- he threatened to come take everything out of our house. Upon researching him, his license is suspended.
