Failure to make good on the product they are selling. Which is online savings!I called the company multiple times to cancel, and every time they were able to convince me to just hang in there, you will soon see the rewards! It has been over year! Nothing! Except forms to fill out when I send in my receipts. They have NO problem with-drawling from my account every month! I sent a letter telling them what actions I would being taking. This was my first step! All I ask is that they make good on their end, or reimbursed me. Easily solved! It is Business 101!Product_Or_Service: online savingsOrder_Number: [redacted]Account_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementAll I want is for them to provide the service in which I have been paying for, or simply refund my money! ASAP!Final Consumer Response

I called the savings store online and asked to be removed from the program of savings rewards. I called again today and was told they had no record of my call. I was also told that they had no record of my trying to call last night. I was put on hold last night and waited for over 20 minutes before the system hung up on me. I was able to connect with them today and they were going to take me off the program, without my refund. Finally I got my refund that they took out on Tuesday May 24, 2016, but not the one in April when I originally called.Desired SettlementI want a refund of $35.90 that was my payment from April 6, 2016.

I have had a membership with Savingstoreonline since July 2014. I have submitted receipts 3 times to this company. The first submission went great. I received my rebate with no issues. I sent in my second set of receipts in August 2015. Due to fraudulent charges made on my credit card my membership with Savingsstoreonline was suspended. When I called in Oct 2015 to check on my rebate status, I was informed that my account was suspended & in order to receive my rebate at all, my account needed to be active. I gave the rep my new CC number. I called again to check on the rebate & was told my acct was still suspended, b/c the wrong expiration date was put in the system. In Dec 2015 I called to check on the status of my rebate. Nothing. I called in Jan 2016, the rep sent an email to Visa to investigate where the rebate was. I was told that it has been processed, but not mailed out and that I should have it in 2 weeks, 3 weeks tops. I called in Feb, same exact thing, I called in March, another email was sent and was told to give to the end of the month and call back. I called 04Apr2016, the supervisor basically told me to cancel my membership if I was unhappy & that they have many more customers and b/c they have so many other customers all my future rebates would take this long too. She was not helpful at all and did not listen to what I was asking. She told me she couldn't tell me when the rebates would come, b/c then I would call back once the time has lapsed and ask again. At one point, she asked me to be quiet so she could talk, so I was quiet while she spoke, however, the same respect was not granted to me when I spoke and basically got the run-around from her. I am very disgusted by the turn of events this has taken. I tried to be patient & nice, it got me no where. I tried to be not so nice & same response. How many emails need to be sent to Visa about this before someone says, enough, let's get to the bottom of this? The 3rd submission does not show in the system. I sent those in Feb 2016.Product_Or_Service: Rebate MembershipOrder_Number: N/AAccount_Number: N/ADesired SettlementI just want to get my rebates. I pay $16.95 a month for this membership & I feel like no one really cares to help resolve this issue. I have told a lot of people about this program and the benefits of it. I guess loyalty doesn't matter when you have so many other customers. I am not asking for anything extra, just what is owed/promised to me.

SavingsStoreOnline is still charging my credit card the monthly fee for membership but I cancelled two months ago. In addition, the monthly membership fee entitled me to receive rebates on consumer purchases upon submission of SavingsStoreOnline's rebate forms. In over 5 months of membership, I have not received any of my entitled rebates which are valued at $275.Product_Or_Service: Rebates on consumer purchasesAccount_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI request payment of the $275 in rebates I am owed, as well as reimbursement of two months of membership fees (23 x $17.95 = $35.90).Final Consumer Response A service rep from my credit card company joined me on a call to savingsstoreonline and after a lengthy discussion and threats to involve the police, they agreed to refund me all my monthly membership fees paid but not the $275 in rebates I was owed. I decided this was probably the best I could hope for and no longer have anything to to do them.

I signed up for SavingsStoreonline.com and paid $17.70 per month for two months. I was told that if I sent in receipts for resturants, gasoline, groceries that I would be reimbursed 10%. All I needed to do was separate your monthly receipts into categories and mark the type of purchase (gasoline, groceries, etc.). I call another Customer Service Agent and they verified this was all I needed to do. However, their Accounting Dept. said I needed to send in a form and attach to the receipts. This is not true as their website finds no such form. They could not even verify that they received my receipts by logging in as a record. Meanwhile, I'm out #35.00 and am very disappointed in this Company.Desired SettlementI want a refund for my trouble as I mailed in receipts for two months that totaled nearly $1,000.

Company falsely advertised voucher incentive in both mailing and over the phone.I received a mailing from this company proclaiming I was eligible for a $100 voucher for either gas or groceries by signing up for their program(s). In order to claim the voucher, I had to call them and create and account. I was informed that after paying a $3.99 starting fee, I would receive a $100 voucher for groceries, and to expect it in 7-10 business days. I specifically asked if it would be one voucher with a value of $100, I was told yes and that I could spend it at any store of my choosing. Instead of 7-10 days, I received my "voucher" after 2 weeks, and it wasn't even close to a voucher for $100. It was another form to sign and mail in, in order to receive the first one of ten $10 vouchers, eligible to be used only once per week, and only after I bought groceries and mailed in my receipt with this $10 "voucher." False advertisement and outright lying at its best.Desired SettlementRefund my $3.99, plus the $18 for the first month of my membership, and be honest with your customers. I asked a specific question about the voucher incentive, and got a specific answer, which turned out to be false.

The saving store online milead me and took my money and received nothing in return false advertisement charge me $3.95 I wanted my money back their guarantee me a voucher for $100 in food or gas. False advertising it's against the law. $3.95 is a lots of money to con people out of bad business.Desired SettlementReturn my money back thanks
