Unauthorized charge on my account for 87$ didn't even bother to call SMM after reading reviews online already filed a dispute with my bank

Savings makes money is a scam they took $out of my bank account and then they said I had to fill out some papers and send my bank account info to get my money and then I am still trying to get my money back this is nothing but a scam

I was charged an unauthorized fee to my accountI was overdrafted for the funds not being there because I only use this account for personal thingsI called the lady was beyond rude and told me I was WRONGI am sorry but I am NOT wrong when it comes to my financesThey would'nt do anything about it and hung up on meTHIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND I DEMAND A SETTLEMENT FOR MY TROUBLESI wasted my entire break from work at the bank trying to resolve said issueHOW IS THIS PLACE OPEN?

This company is a scam I had it appear as a third party affiliate while applying for a payday loan I had already entered my account info for the payday loan but specifically exited out of the offer by Savings Makes Money However, they still attempted to draft $from my account Luckily, I only use this account for rent payments and no funds were available but I did get an overdraft charge I called to cancel the membership and the CSR was very rude and kept repeating "you authorized the transaction" I will now be disputing the $overdraft fee and closing the account to prevent further attempts

This company is a scamI went online to apply for a pay day loan and all of a sudden I get hit with Charge, but the money was not there so I have a $overdraft feeI do not know anything about this companyA filed a dispute with my bank and I guess they told the bank that I gave them permission and I know I didn'tI'm out of my $31.00, but I can assure you this account will get closedAnd did I mention the lady was rudeSomething needs to be done with these peopleToo many people being hit by them

This company took money out of my bank account without my knowledgeI was on

up for thisI know it will be impossible to get my money backIt seems they deduct
$from everyone's account who was taken in by this scam

I woke up one morning and seen that I had a $check drawn on my bank accountIn further research it was drawn from Saving Money Makes MoneyWas not even aware of this companyApparently they lure the information from you making you believe you are appyling for a payday loanWhat a racket they have goingImpossible to get refund, they ask for bank statement and a lot of red tape to make it almost impossible to get refundNot to mention after mailing all the things they need then you have to wait until they might possibly approve the refund, if they decide to approve then you are talking maybe daysWhat a scam!!!

Unauthorized charges, rude employees, and horrible customer service with this company. I received a phone call saying that I was approved for a loan, but I never received the loan but about a week later I was charged 87.00 for this company but I never approved anything. I have no idea who or what Saving Makes Money is. Why would a person sign up for something they have no idea what they are signing up for. The lady on the phone argued me down saying that I did authorize payment when I know for sure that I did not. After explaining that the company took my Bill money ,she still didn't give me a refund but told me to call back 2 days later so I could hear a recording of my phone call. She stated she had proof that I authorized payment but in the same statement she admitted to the fact that she had not listened to my recording ever. I asked her if she hadn't heard the recording, how can she say that I authorized payment for them to take my 87 dollars. As soon as I got off the phone with the rudest manager ever I called my bank to explain the situation. The phone clerk told me that this wasn't the first time that they heard this with this company. He initiated an investigation and 24 hours later, I had my money back.

I was charged an unauthorized 87.00 fee to my account. I was overdrafted 25.00 for the funds not being there because I only use this account for personal things. I called the lady was beyond rude and told me I was WRONG. I am sorry but I am NOT wrong when it comes to my finances. They would'nt do anything about it and hung up on me.
