I have been with Saveway for yearsI am on the auto fill program and have the heating contract
So far, the personnel and service has been superbI do recommend them to anyone that wants worry free care and service
Ugh! Discontinued our service because our yard was too messy. (We were having work done). Called another place, they were all too glad to take us on as customers.

Faulty billing practices. First, on an estimated payment plan I finished last year with a balance of [redacted] They told me that rather than send me the balance, they would reduce my monthly estimated payments for the following year by [redacted] divided by eleven months. However, when I pushed for answers, they admitted that even though my "estimated" payment would be lower, I would still have to pay the full price for every single gallon of oil delivered to me. Therefore, my [redacted] would disappear. They ended up sending me my [redacted] after a few frustrating phone calls. Now, I see on my bill that I have been "debited" [redacted] for my service plan. However, I am also charged, monthly [redacted] for that same service plan, broken down into my estimated oil payment plan of [redacted] They insist that it not a second charge, but admit it is a debit against my balance, which I have to pay at the end of the season. This is double dipping, and fraudulent, as is the practice of telling their customers that they will reduce their payments instead of evening the books at the end of the season.Product_Or_Service: Oil/ service contractOrder_Number: XXXXXAccount_Number: XXXXXXDesired SettlementI am owed [redacted] That is the amount that I pay for my service contract in a monthly installment of roughly [redacted] They have charged my the full amount on [redacted] even though I am also paying them [redacted] per month as agreed in my service contract.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted]Mr [redacted] is on a budget.. he pays on his bill in 11 monthly payments. Anything open as of [redacted] is due in full by the end of [redacted] He had agreed to pay for his service contract over time which is part of his monthly payment [redacted] is used to go toward his service contract. We need to bill his account the [redacted] to balance the credit and debits.. just as we bill his account for oil as he receives it. His service contract was renewed and therefore we charged his account for the contact. Its a matter of debits and credits. Every customer service person has tried to explain this to Mr [redacted], but he just doesn't understand how the budget program works. There is no faulty billing practices. Mr [redacted] was also reimbursed back last year for his final budget payment due to the fact he had a credit and was not going to receive any additional oil til the fall. He was on an automatic payment program where the computer charges his budget to his credit card every 15th. When he called and asked if he had to pay he was reimbursed right back.. again.. no faulty billing practice... no double dipping. not sure how he justifies that.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)They still have not answered the question: if I am charged all at once for my service contract then why do I pay each month as well. How and when does it balance out? The charge on [redacted] 8 was not an estimate. It went through on my card. Final Business Response Yes you are PAYING [redacted] per month for the service contract... but it needs to be billed on the account (debit) to off set the [redacted] (credit) per month you are paying... It is basic accounting of debits equaling credits. NOT Double billing.Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Basic accounting is when I pay [redacted] a month that is a credit. When I also pay [redacted] that is also a credit. Two credits for the same item is immoral. Are you going to refund the January credit?
