Dear the Revdex.com of San Diego, I am responding to the notification received for the consumer complaint filed by Mr. [redacted], (complaint ID [redacted]). SaveOnResorts.com, LLC (SaveOn) is a technology company which is contracted by The [redacted] Group, LLC to provide...
technology for their travel club, [redacted] Network (WIN). SaveOn has no part in any marketing, selling, management or administration of WIN travel club or any of its members’ contracts; SaveOn solely provides technology for the members’ website. The filed complaint references that Mr. [redacted] was offered various travel vouchers in exchange for attending a sales presentation. SaveOn does not have presentations and we do not take any part in the marketing or solicitation of WIN. We are not responsible for fulfilling any incentives or gifts offered before, during or after the sales presentation. In a phone call that took place between Mr. [redacted] and SaveOnResorts.com on June 17, 2016, we explained our contractual relationship with WIN. We informed Mr. [redacted] that we are two separate business entities and only provide technology and fulfillment services for WIN. In an attempt to expedite a resolution, SaveOn has informed WIN of Mr. [redacted]’s issue and if he needs further assistance we urge him to contact WIN at (858)649-1481. We would like our name, SaveOnResorts.com, LLC, to be withdrawn from this complaint as we have no affiliation with the marketing, selling, contracting or management of the [redacted] Network. Please contact us at 858-999-8201 if you have further inquiries regarding this consumer complaint. [redacted]

Dear the Revdex.com of San Diego,
I am responding to the notification received for the
consumer complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] (complaint [redacted]). Mr. [redacted]
is seeking $500 in hotel credit that was promised in...
exchange for listening to
a sales pitch.
We were able to obtain a copy of the recording from the
marketing company that offered the $500 coupon. We can conclude from this
recording that Mr. [redacted] was informed that he would receive a $500 credit
toward hotels by a marketing company referred to as [redacted].
In an attempt to resolve the issue, we reached out to the
marketing company and requested that they provide resolution to the issue. We
also contacted Mr. [redacted] and offered to issue Mr. [redacted] a $500 savings code,
however he was insistent on receiving the $500 hotel credit. Since we did not
make the initial offer to Mr. [redacted], we do not feel we should be responsible
for the fulfillment of the gift that was promised.
The $500 hotel certificate that was promised was offered by
a marketing company, completely unaffiliated with SaveOnResorts.com. We did not
have any say in the marketing, presentation or solicitation of the certificate.
We would like our name, SaveOnResorts.com, LLC, to be removed from this
complaint, as we have no affiliation with the marketing company that issued the
certificate.
Thank you,
Revdex.com:es
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.guess I should file a complaint on Blue Sky concierge.I thought that Save On Resorts would help with the co. that is selling their memberships, and not doing what they promise.

Dear Revdex.com of San Diego,
I am responding to the notification received for consumer
complaint filed by [redacted] (complaint ID [redacted]). SaveOnResorts.com,
LLC (SaveOn) is a technology company which is contracted by Vacation Now...
for
Less to provide technology and services for the member’s website. SaveOn has no
part in any marketing, selling, management or administration of the Vacation
Now for Less Vacation Club.
The filed complaint references that Vacation Now for Less is
partnered with SaveOn, and that. That statement is false. SaveOn is not
partnered with Vacation Now for Less (VNFL), we are contracted to provide
technological services solely related to the members website access. SaveOn in
no way handles member cancellations, refunds or any other contractually related
items with VNFL. Upon receipt of this complaint, SaveOn contacted VNFL to
communicate Mrs. [redacted]’s complaints to the correct company. We received a
response from VNFL indicating they had been in communication with Mrs. [redacted]
and were attempting to refund her, but had not yet in writing (or email)
received cancellation notice. Regardless of this, in an attempt to resolve the
issue, VNFL has initiated the refund process of 100% of the [redacted]’s payment
that was made to VNFL. If the [redacted]’s have any further questions we urge them
to contact VNFL.
We would like our name, SaveOnResorts.com, LLC, to be
withdrawn from this complaint as we have no affiliation with the marketing,
selling, contracting or management of Vacation Now for Less Vacation Club.
Please contact us at ###-###-#### if you have further inquiries regarding this

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I think Saveonresorts is using [redacted] as a cover so they will not have to be responsible for their sales tactics. The fact that they have record of me contacting them several times is just further proof of my original complaint. I did contact them several times but they did not fulfill any of my requests! My complaint was that I could NOT get them to do anything for me. If saveonresorts does not want to be associated with [redacted] they need to quit letting them use their names in their sales promotions and on their brochures. Also, why does saveonresorts have access to my file if they are not in anyway responsible for the service?
I was told to take my complaints to [redacted] which I did do. I got the same run around that I usually get and they said they would call me back but they never did. I have also filed a complaint with the Revdex.com in [redacted] about [redacted] and have not received any response.

Dear Revdex.com of San Diego,
SaveOnResorts.com, LLC has reached out to member [redacted] regarding
Complaint ID#[redacted]. Initially, Mr. [redacted] attended a sales
presentation by Blue Sky...
Concierge and signed up for a membership with the
promise of a free cruise. Howard has not received any follow
up information from Blue Sky Concierge regarding capability of booking said
trip. As we do not have access to promissory vouchers via Blue Sky
Concierge, we attempted to assist the member with booking and customer
service. Howard proceeded with booking a free trip to Las Vegas, with additional fees for upgrades, through Blue Sky Concierge. Mr.
[redacted] later informed SaveOnResorts.com that he hadn’t received his due rewards credits for
this booking; we had not received any notification of said reservation, as it was not booked with us. SaveOnResorts.com representatives assisted Mr. [redacted] through the rewards credits process and applied credits for this trip. Member is also dissatisfied with
the fact that, upon calling the Customer Service line, his call is assigned to
the next available representative instead of one of Howard's choosing. We
informed Howard that members are more than welcome to request a specific
Concierge upon connecting with said line, subject to availability. Howard
has decided to stay a member and has already been assisted with quotes and
finalization of booking a future trip to South Carolina: North Myrtle
Beach’s Ocean Drive Beach & Golf Resort on June 22nd. We will
continue to provide any services requested by Mr. [redacted] and our
members. We are confident that we will deliver the level of service that
Howard is looking for.
Please feel free to contact us at

I would tell you to save your money and do not buy into their sales pitch. All it is is a high pressure sales pitch. You can actually get as good as or better deal on your own. If you are willing to do the research. My husband and I purchased a supreme membership and then tried to cancel after we finally received our login info and found out what everything was going to cost and how to go about doing everything that we wanted to do for a trip we were going to take. Needless to say we could not cancel nor did we get anything back on our membership fees. So we used them to book a trip of which I did ALL of the research and finding which plane fares and times etc. of which we would need. The overall trip cost was over $14,000. We received a check back for $1250. I guess that was for my work. They were a pain to deal with and I even had to tell the agent what a cabin was on board a ship. It was pathetic.
Unfortunately we are out the money and will not deal with them again.
