situation and offer her resolution as soon as possibleUnfortunately it took some time for us to successfully connectUpon researching this situation it was discovered that a call tracking number was used in Ms***’s advertisingA call tracking number simply allows our clients to see what calls have resulted from their advertising with us and allows them full access to all call information that comes through this number but it connects to our client’s actual business number when dialedSo, Ms*** was able to receive all calls that came through the number placed in her adWhen we were finally able to connect with Ms.***, we explained the situation and ensured her that all calls made to the call tracking number went to her business lineWe were then able to apologize that it had not been made clear to her how this had all been set upWe are sorry this caused such concern for Ms***SaveOn extended a free month of advertising to Ms*** which she has acceptedShe has also expressed that we have resolved her concerns to her satisfactionWe hope that with this fresh start with Ms.*** that this is the beginning of a long-lasting partnership
