I had dropped off dresses for dry cleaning at the Grass valley California store and never got them backDresses were dropped off on June and have been given the run around that they have been lostWant my dresses back or what they are worth ($300).I tried contacting the owner *** and no return callsThis is bad customer service and I'm very disappointedWant my dresses back or refund
[redacted] the manager at the Grass Valley store has been in contact with this customer since the beginning of the problem and is taking care of this unfortunate situation. Unfortunately the customers garments were misplaced and it takes some time to track what has happened. [redacted] has informed me that hes...
been in contact with the customer to keep him in the loop about the progress of locating the garments. The customer was also told that if we cant locate them then we would of course reimburse them for their loss. I don't know why the customer thinks hes getting the run around ,[redacted] has been in contact with the customer through out the process. We want nothing more than to get them their garments back and are working hard to do that.
