Review: I went into Save Mart looking for a shopping cart, I found one and bought it for $54.43, after that I went to [redacted] to go food shopping. I left out of Save Mart at 12:13, and finish my food shopping at 1:30. Once I finish and loaded the shopping cart the front wheels starting bending and I couldn't push the shopping cart and it wouldn't move. I went back to Save Mart and explain the situation to the manager, he told me that I had too much stuff in the shopping cart which I told him that I did not have too much stuff in it and a man told him that I didn't have too much stuff and the shopping cart is not strong. The manager came back upstairs with a different shopping cart which cost $24.00; which he unload my bags and put it in the shopping cart that he gave me. I asked the manager if he is going to give me the balance and he told me no real nastyDesired Settlement: I would like for him to return the balance of what is left. I paid $54.43 and he gave me a shopping cart for $24.00 which will leave a balance of $30.43 that is owe to me. This has only been a hour and the shopping cart should of not broke down like that at all I did not get a full day of using it and I can see if I kept it for at least a day or two but it was only an hour
