Review: well what I thought was a good deal, it wasn't.My clutch busted on my 3000gt, this was the nearest shop to where it broke down and so I took it there. The price was right so I wanted the clutch replacement done. Bao informed me I need a new strut mount on the passenger side before they can give me the car back, they gave me a price, I agreed. He also informed me that I need a NEW PASSENGER SIDE CV JOINT. He showed me a leak, I was skeptical because I never heard ANY ISSUES with that side of the car. Nor did I hear any knocking, the oil draining from the shaft was new oil and seems like something new happened. Hesitant I told him to go ahead and replace that side of the CV Joint. Come today, I hear a loud knocking coming from making right turns. Knowing a decent amount about cars, the CV joint is going out. I look under the car, SAME OLD CV JOINT they replaced the driver side, the side HE NEVER TOUCHED and not the leaking one. I called him today and told him about what is going on. He said that he told me it was the driver side not the pass. WRONG he had to take off the passenger side to get to my clutch in my car, the driver side is never touched. I HAVE A REASON TO BELIEVE THEY YANKED ON THE SHAFT and told me it was leaking. Trying to come to a decent resolution he keeps insisting that it was the driver side he showed me, and it wasn't now he wants another $125.00 to replace with labor. I will be discussing this with the BAR because there was NEVER an issue with the CV joints before coming here. I should have never told them to do anything else other than the clutch out of desperation. NOT RECOMENDED.Desired Settlement: Either fix the correct side AT NO CHARGE or refund my money from the other one. So I can go get it replaced THE RIGHT WAY. I do not think I should let them have the driver side either.
Review: I had my car quoted for replacement of struts on my Hyundai. I was quoted a cost that included new parts. When I received my car I later found that Save Auto installed used parts without my consent or knowledge. I would not recommend this fraudulent service provider to anyone.Desired Settlement: Save Auto did acknowledge they installed used parts and agreed to reinstall new. Even to this day the repair is not satisfactory.

Review: Save Auto "saves oil" when they do oil changes. I took two separate cars to their facility (at different times)to have my oil changed. I subsequently took one of the two cars to a different service facility for unrelated work. This facility mentioned that no oil was present on the dipstick and had to add two and a half quarts to bring the level back to full. This concerned me but I wasn't sure if my automobile was burning two quarts of oil within 4000 miles or if Save Auto was shorting me of oil during my previous change? So I took my second car to Walmart and had them do an oil change. Prior to changing the oil I asked them to check my exsisting level. They showed me the dipstick and it showed just a tic of oil on the dipstick. They estimated that there were two quarts missing. This confirmed my assumption that Save Auto is shorting people when they do oil changes.Desired Settlement: Investigate this company and see for yourself. I think they are ripping people off quart by quart. I have paid cash during the last two years taking both cars in quarterly to semi-annually. I would conservatively estimate that I have paid for 10 oil changes at $35 dollars per change totals $350. I would offer that my cracked cylinder head and two repairs for that which totaled more than $500 was due to this lack of oil. If your investigation proves me correct, I would like a full refund: $850.00
