We called and talked with *** the day this complaint was
filedI was able to pull up the tracking for her initial orderThe order was
in fact shipped on 6/14/2015 tracking # ***

However the address on the shipping label was incorrect and package was
not delivered. I let her know we would
ship her a new order give her 10% off her next order and adjusted and corrected
her address in our system or she could have her money back. She requested a second order A
second order was shipped 9/1/tracking #*** www.USPS.comWe apologized for the confusion
with her order
