Business called and fully addressed my concerns, pending removal of the stumps located in our back yard as promised via phone call on 10/12/2015.

Review: I contracted them to treat my trees last year they did so and they were paid. Without my authorization they entered my property treated the trees this year and sent me a bill.

When questined as to why they would do this without authorization they said they sent me emails and mailings stating they would and it was my responsability to cancel.Desired Settlement: I do not feel I should be responsable for this charge as it was not authorized.

Clients sign up for plant health care services throughout the year. Our commitment is tomake sure whatever is contracted for on a property is delivered timely, witheach service delivered during the optimal calendar window. As a result, ourrelationships are ongoing, but anyone is free to cancel at any time. There was a misunderstanding with thiscustomer so we are going to refunded this client’s money.
