Dina W/Owner gave Revdex.com permission to take her business response via phone.Dina stated it is her company's policy to have a phone number for delivery orders; Dina also explained that a delivery order cannot be entered into their computer without a phone number.Dina further stated that a telephone is necessary for the safety of their drivers and also so the business can contact the consumer in the event of an issue with the order placed.Dina said her business would have been okay to accept the telephone number the consumer was calling from.Dina said she apologizes if the consumer felt disrespected and Dina has offered to give the consumer $off of a future Carry-Out or Diorder
