We would like to offer a review for Savage Air Conditioning to share the extraordinary "extra mile" that owners [redacted] and [redacted] went to in order to restore air conditioning on the Labor Day holiday weekend. Our a/c went out and the parts needed for repair were in the closed [redacted] warehouse. Savage made an emergency after hours call to the [redacted] warehouse and was able to procure the needed parts and restore air to our 90 degree home.

I have always tried to support local business because there is always a different feeling than when dealing with a large, national franchise. It was that reason I chose Savage to check out my newly purchased house for any kind of A/C flaws before the hot summer hits. I was not disappointed. In fact, the technician didn't mind when I stayed with him during the inspection and he pointed out things for me to look for in the future. There was no upselling just because the unit was a little older. He measured electrical component with his meter and even though the unit is original, 2000, he said everything checked out okay. Thank you Savage for still being a good, honest business.
