Review: In July of 2013 I paid a deposit to SaVa Fashion in the amount of $2900 for the production of 300 men's t-shirts, to be completed as part of an agreed upon clothing project. Due to numerous unscheduled delays and continued missteps by SaVa Fashion, I decided to terminate the contract and forgo the project. On 25 September 2013 I emailed the owner of SaVa Fashion, [redacted] to inform her of my desire to terminate the contract. **. [redacted] agreed and informed me, via email on 25 September, that my balance would be returned. Unfortunately, 25 September was the last time I heard from **. [redacted] despite numerous emails and calls to her company. On 21 October I spoke with a [redacted] (who initially charged my account for the deposit) and who stated he would reach out to **. [redacted] that day and get back in touch. Unfortunately, despite two additional emails to **. [redacted], I have heard nothing in return.
