Today I was in receipt of the above referenced complaint regarding our 24pk Coca-Cola promotion? The coupons upon arrival from Coke did include the language that a customer must purchase $in meat or bread? When [redacted] became upset with this additional purchase [redacted] , the store manager, offered to provide the coupon without the additional purchase to eliminate any confusion? [redacted] did not accept this offer and walked out of the store? Upon receiving this on my desk today I spoke with [redacted] and he again reached out to [redacted] and offered him an additional $gift card to eliminate any ill will? We feel multiple efforts were made to appease Mr [redacted] ? and that our advertising wasn’t false? Thank you for your time.? [redacted] ***
