At this time, I have been contacted directly by Save-A-Life regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I received the product I had ordered from Save-A-Life along with invoice and receiptHowever, Save-A-Life had failed to respond to my several
attempts to cancel the order and failed to reply to my telephone calls and emailsSave-A-Life does not have any customer service what so ever

I have enclosed a copy of the proof of delivery of [redacted]'s order. It was shipped on the [redacted] of January and delivered on the [redacted] We generally close during the holidays , and customers who have had to wait too long for their order can either refuse it or return for a refund. We gladly accommodate them as we have for the past 35 years. Same applies for [redacted]. We are always sorry when we do not deliver the way our customers would want us to.
Review: Made a online purchase from Save-A-Life on 12/**/14, received a email confirmation of the purchase. Since the day of the purchase, I have made several attempts to contact the business. By phone, I only get a voicemail, by email I yet to receive a reply. My credit card was charged $36.90.Desired Settlement: Refund. Also an investigation into Save-A-Life.com. This may be a possible scam.
