Ordered a radio strap from this company the first week of September 2017.. never received the item and left multiple messages on their website. Then received one indicating it had been shipped fron Florida to Virginia. After a week of waiting ad not receiving the item, I again attempted to contact company and got no response.. I then requested order be cancelled however I just got my credit card statement and found a charge on it from the business. I intend to call my c/c company to have a stop put on the payment...terrible customer service and fraud being perpetrated by the business...Recommend no one purchase anything from this business.
