***, I’m sorry we have to meet like this. I have talked to *** with *** *** and I believe we have worked this out. There has been some unforeseen issues with this job, but I take full responsibility and have every intention of making this right. Her
sign is complete and I invited her to stop by and look it over for herself. I am working on getting the hole dug so we can set her pipe and complete the project. I have upgraded her sign with a double stroked neon border (obviously at no additional cost) as a apologetic peace offering. I’m not proud of the situation and don’t want to make any excuses. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
After meeting with [redacted] I am very satisfied.  He explained to me the reason for delay in having our sign placed.  I only wish he had communicated more with me during this process to avoid having to even go thru the Revdex.com.With that being said, I would appreciate if the Revdex.com would not hold this against Alamo Sign or place any negative remarks against them.
