ON APRIL 13, MR*** CALL AND WANTED US TO PICK UP HIS UNIT UNIT WOULD NOT START HE SAID HE TOOK OFF THE WIRING HARNESS AND COULD NOT GET IT BACK ON WANTED US TO INSTALL THE WIRING HARNESS HE TOOK OFF WE PICKED THE UNIT UP ON APRIL THE 14TH THE TECHNICIAN
CALL MR *** FIRST OF MAY, TELLING MR*** THAT THE OLD WIRING HARNESS WAS NOT IN VERY GOOD STATE AND SUGGESTED THAT HE GET A NEW WIRING HARNESSWITH PART, LABOR, FRT AND SALES TAX AND DELIVERY COMING TO MR *** OKED THE NEW WIRING HARNESS WE ORDERED THE NEW WIRING HARNESS AND INSTALLED THE WIRING HARNESS AFTER INSTALLING THE WIRING HARNESS TO BE ABLE TO START THE UNIT TO TEST RUN THE UNIT WE FOUND THAT THE ENGINE HAD INTERNAL DAMAGE AND WOULD NEED A NEW ENGINE ON MAY 3RD, WE TALKED WITH MR *** AND TOLD HIM THE PROBLEM WE FOUND AND THAT HE WOULD NEED A NEW ENGINE ALSO MR *** DID NOT WANT THE NEW ENGINE WE INFORMED HIM THAT HE STILL OWED FOR THE NEW WIRING HARNESS WE INSTALLED AT HIS AUTHORIZATION HE SAID THAT HIS BROTHER COULD HELP HIM FIND A NEW OR USED ENGINE HE WANTED TO KNOW IF WE HAD AN INSTALLMENT PLAN, I EXPLAINED TO HIM WE DID NOT HE WANTED TO WAIT A COUPLE OF WEEKS FOR HIM TO COME UP WITH THE MONEY I AGREED CALLED MR *** TO SET UP DELIVERY, MAY 10TH HE QUESTIONED ABOUT WHY WE DID NOT INSTALL HIS OLD WIRING HARNESS I EXPLAINED TO HIM AGAIN THAT THE OLD HARNESS WAS A MESS AND SHOULD NOT BE REINSTALLED AND REMINDED HIM THAT HE HAD ALREADY AUTHORIZED INSTALLING THE NEW WIRING HARNESS MR *** CALLED BACK AGAIN AND WAS QUESTIONING WHY HE HAD TO PAY FOR THE NEW WIRING HARNESS AND WHY WE COULD NOT INSTALL THE OLD HARNESS I EXPLAINED TO HIM AGAIN AS OUR LAST CONVERSATION ON MAY 12TH CUSTOMER CALLED AND REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE NEW WIRING HARNESS AND WANTED THE NEW WIRING HARNESS REMOVED AND THE UNIT RETURNED UN REPAIRED MR *** TALKED WITH MR HARDIN ( THE OWNER ) MR HARDIN AGREED TO TAKE THE NEW HARNESS OFF THE UNIT AND RETURN THE UNIT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT MR*** WOULD PAY FOR THE LABOR FOR INSTALLING THE NEW WIRING HARNESS AND TAKING IT OFF ON MAY 27TH, MR *** CALL AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR US TO KEEP THE NEW WIRING HARNESS ON THE UNIT AND HE WOULD PAY THE WE HAD ALREADY TAKING THE NEW HARNESS OFF AND WAS NOT GOING TO REINSTALL THE NEW WIRING HARNESS BACK ON THE UNIT WE DELIVERED THE UNIT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER ON MAY 27TH.WE ORDERED THE WIRING HARNESS AND INSTALLED THE WIRING HARNESS WITH THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE MR *** THERE WAS NO WAY OF KNOWING THE THE ENGINE HAD INTERNAL DAMAGE UNTIL WE COULD START THE UNIT MR*** WAS CONSTANTLY CHANGING HIS MIND ON WHAT HE DID OR DID NOT WANT WE FEEL THAT THE FOR LABOR AND FOR PICK UP AND DELIVERY IS FAIR AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDING THE LABOR.WE ARE SORRY THAT MR *** FEELS THE WAY HE DOES BUT WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY TO MR***.SAUNDERS SMALL ENGINE
