Receiving Death benefits mailings for my father who has been dead for over 3 yearsMy father passed away over 3 years ago. My mother does not need to keep receiving mail addressed to him. I can't believe that companies don't keep better records or check before the send out mass mailing. Survivors do need constance reminders that their loved one has passed away. You send a card, but no contact information so that we can call or email you directly. If I fill this out will you send the information to him in heaven? Who will get the money from this, him or us? I returned a postage paid card to Information Processing Center a few weeks ago regarding a Senior Final Expense Program specifically instructing them to MAIL me the free memorial guidebook. They did not mail the guidebook as requested rather some egotistical manniac rang our door bell and then began pounding on our door to just annoy us. I called him some unkind words and he kept repeating himself 'have a nice day' grinning ear to ear. I threw the card at him but he walked away repeating himself once again. It is clear to me the actions of this individual were unetheical and an invasion of our privacy.Desired SettlementAn apology from the business AND an apology from the egotistical maniac sent to me by US Mail. It is this attitude that the egotistical maniac exhibited when he violated our privacy. They made a mockery of my complaint. It is no wonder the local yokel exhibited the same inappropriate behavior.
