out of town and he said the screen was loose with no mention of anything else and would like me to take a look at it. I told him no problem and that I was out of town without the schedules or any of my paperwork with and asked him to call the office and leave a message on the office voicemail with all the info and I would schedule any repair when I returned. He never did so and I completely forgot about it. That was the only call, communication, or correspondence we've had since the door was installed. I would be more than happy to do any repairs due to any potential faulty work (not abuse) if they would contact me professionally and respectfully. I think this could have been addressed and completed if he would have followed the procedure that I had asked of him. If they would like to contact me I will remedy the situation if the work in question
is due to anything other than abuse or negligent use. There will however be absolutely no refund.
