We are responding to Mr and Mrs ***z complaint. These nice folks come to our office every year for their exam. We bill their vision plan appropriately. At their last exam they chose to have fundus photos which is a cost of $per person instead of dilationwe have the photos
on hand to prove they had them done. This service is billed to the medical insurance as we have told all of our patients - including Mr ***. Our records show that his medical insurance is *** *** *** *** and that is the insurance we billed. It's unfortunate that it has affected Mr *** to the point of reaching out to you
