Had an issue with a cottage that we were renting from Sauble Beach RentalsThe ad for this listing advertised central a/c, washing machine and dryer, pet free and wifi amongst other perksWe were families with kids between us under the age of The ad could not be further from the truthThere was dog hair all over the cottage, which in itself besides being dirty wasn't a deal breakerBut the youngest at months was breaking out in hives and rashes daily thereThe water smelled horrible, and left everything from faucets to shower stained in rustMid week, not realizing this would implicate the washer we did a load of laundry with mostly the childrens clothesMost of that load was stained with rust stains The fridge froze our fruit, vegtables, cheese and jarred goods The freezer door never shut and always popped back openNO central a/c in the upstairs level and terrible wifi connection, not at all as it was advertisedWhen I brought up these issues to the realtor Janet, she brushed everything aside [redacted] Said she would not reimburse us after the fact, despite us leaving the cottage days earltI asked her to look at it from out point of view and help us out with a reimbursementshe said she would never consider it, as we left and did not call her during out staywith kids under the age of 6, who had time to call? But the youngest at 4 months was breaking out in hives and rashes daily there. The water smelled horrible, and left everything from faucets to shower stained in rust.
