On January of 2018, I received an email from Marie *** asking to receive her designs that she paid for in regards to her response aboveI responded and told her I wouldAt that time I did not realize that the design program that I use would not allow me to send files
that could be read or seen with out having the program on the other endSo I sent the printed designs out to Marie and her husband through the regular mailIt was about this time that I received a second message from herShortly afterwards, I came down with the flu, that left me in bed for a weekAfterwards, I did forget to follow up with her to see if she had received the designs in the mailI am more than happy to send her another set of the designsThroughout this process with this client, I did follow up with themAt some point, if the client isn't able to make time that works for both of us on their end, then I don't feel like I should be held totally responsible for thatI have reached out to the client through email, shortly before resonding to this complaintI still have the desire to serve this client in the way she requested on January 15, 2018. Sincerely, Ed SchuringPrairie Renovation
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12694170, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have not received the designs via postal mail. However he said he will send them again. I struggle with his thought on not being held responsible for connecting with the customer since each time I had to initiate being contacted. I wouldnt have submitted to Revdex.com if he would have even sent an email in Akan explaining that he sent the designs via postal mail, yet no communication occurred. I understand when people get sick but he had plenty of opportunities to make sure we would want to stay with his business. I do appreciate him responding after I submitted and look forward to seeing the designs once they come in the mail. I think Ed seems like a personable guy and genuinely wants to do a good job. The business just needs to work on follow through and communication.
