Horrible - Didn't Catch Simple Fire Hazard!!!! My builder did not vent our dryer ventOur Home Inspector *** *** did not catch this simple "new home" inspection itemThis was of great concern and a HUGE fire hazardWhen I contacted Mr*** in November through a series of emails he agreed to compensate us with a portion of our $home inspection feeHowever it is not January and we have yet to see a check from QIC IncI have been receiving a series of emails saying "Sorry I am out of townI will cut you a check next week" however that was back in December and no check and no response from Mr ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
