[redacted] Please See Attached Documents ***I will begin answering the customer letter as they have written to you (Revdex.com)First off, the customer went to change the accent color, I said ok go buy some, Later I found they had charged it to my account, that evening I repainted the accent walk, adding an additional hrsto the jobWhen I addressed the office manager about this, she said she wasn't payingSecond, there was an issue with the paint coverage, in the original bid one coat of paint was specified on all walls other than accent walls had coats, (they should have requested coats on the walls if the change in color was not covering, but said one coat)By the way I coated everything anyway even tho they weren't willing to payAlso there was no door slamingThe third day in and hrs of work later, I knew the job was going south and felt that their deposite would almost cover my time and materials I had already invested(Also I left gallons of the paint I had gotten for the job with them.) To give you a little more history about the customersI had already painted for the office manager (***) and her assistantLess than a month before I had started this job at their workMaybe they thought I owed them something more than we agreed, either way it was unprofessional to ask me for free work and charge on my account without permission Thanks for Listening Richard F [redacted]

additional 4 hrs. to the job. When I addressed the office manager about this, she said she wasn't paying. Second, there was an issue with the paint coverage, in the original bid one coat of paint was specified on all walls other than accent walls had 2 coats, (they should have requested 2 coats on the walls if the change in color was not covering, but said one coat). By the way I 2 coated everything anyway even tho they weren't willing to pay. Also there was no door slaming. The third day in and 70 hrs of work later, I knew the job was going south and felt that their deposite would almost cover my time and materials I had already invested. (Also I left 25 gallons of the paint I had gotten for the job with them.) To give you a little more history about the customers. I had already painted for the office manager ([redacted]) and her assistant. Less than a month before I had started this job at their work. Maybe they thought I owed them something more than we agreed, either way it was unprofessional to ask me for free work and charge on my account without permission.
Thanks for Listening
