We believe that Steve H*** has been more than fair with Mrs***. In regards to a four acre installation, her wooded property is full of briar bushes and MrH*** is not in the land clearing business. he did tell her that if they cleared a path for his machine he would bury
the wire. As she left the day he was there to do the work, he installed 1/acres and pricing depending on how much hand work there is is arount $plus materials, wire, flags, direct burial splices ext.As Mrs*** was not satisfied, Steve offered her a full refund and he would pull the wire out, she was not interested in that option, so he offered her a $refund and she keeps the wire as installed. She didn't want to take this offer either.Now Mrs*** has filed a complaint with the Revdex.com looking for a $refund and she keeps the wire. This is not an acceptable offer. I spoke with Steve H*** today and he is still willing to refund her $and she keeps the wire.We concur with Steve that this is a very reasonable offer.
