My garage door main spring broke and I was unable to even open the door manually I called first thing in the morning and it was fixed by early afternoon Very professional in every way Couldn't be more pleased My employer uses them and that is why I chose them It is sure nice when something goes as smoothly as this transaction

I bought equipment from them through the years over a 10 year period - new doors, opener, etc. On Saturday 11/12/16 I called them. I need help with my door, it broke. They told me it would be $140.00 per hour plus parts. To me that tells me they don't want to work on weekends, or better yet, they have a P.H.D. My common sense told me not to use these people at all anymore. They truly let me down big time.

Follow up care for my garage door opener purchased from Dan's Overhead Doors in North Liberty IA is ridiculously expensive. You will pay for a minimum 1 hour of service time to have a little lube smeared on the tracks and rollers, much of which ran onto the garage floor. You'll pay for the "fuel charge "? This pricing was not discussed beforehand other than "can you pay the technician at time of service ?" I recommend another company for follow up service.
