Review: On 02/**/12 I sign the contract with SAT Construction Inc. According to contract the Alteration of the house by the address[redacted]., should be finished by the end of October 2012.The job was not finished by the promised date and not finished yet (07/**/2013). From October 2012 company perform work on the job site only few days a week. Each time I tried to reach [redacted] (owner of Sat Construction Inc.)he doesn't return calls. For all 18th month he visited this site few times. Some time his managers return calls but they don't have enough information to answer my questions.Desired Settlement: I would like to 1.Receive calls back from [redacted] within reasonable time.2.Receive detailed plan of job performance including dates, materials needed and list of expenses.

Review: Mr. Ramnarive S[redacted] has lied to me about his company's ability to obtain construction permits in a timely fashion. On or about November **, 2014, I gave him a check for $6,000.00 to obtain such permits for me. He cashed the check and has been lying to me since. A few days ago, he told me that he would not be able to obtain such permits for me and that he would nor return my money/refund me.

I have tried to contact him and his wife at ###-###-####, and they are equally rude and liars. She would never tell anyone where he is, though when I drove to their address, both were home.

After I look into this issue further, it turns out that Mr. S[redacted] has being lying to others, too, about the same issue.Desired Settlement: Get my refund for the work his has not done.
