Hello, My name is [redacted] and I am the owner and operator of Sassybumz. We are a small business, I am a work at home mother, we have always keep all of our customers in the loop about delays.  We had issues getting this particular print printed which was why there was a delay..I also...

moved...had a miscarriage and it was Christmas time. Since we are a small business, when I personally am not able to work..all production stops.  We gave all of our customers the option for a refund because of the delay and we didn't keep anyone in the dark. [redacted]s packages says delivered to the correct address...I called her postal service and they confirmed that the package was delivered.  We were very respectful with her when she contacted us and asked if she would contact her PO because according to our store policy, once shipping is scanned by our local PO it is out of our hands.  [redacted] has since then thought it best to cause unnecessary drama on our BST board as well as any cloth diaper board she is in about this situation and not telling all the facts, that is why we banned her from our BST board. 1.  that we were very open about the whole delay
2. we offered anyone a refund for the delay
3. her packages says delivered to the correct address,
4. we called and verified the delivery.

We are seeking legal counsel in regards to defamation since what she is doing is bullying. We have since refunded her her order, even though it is unfair to us because it was not our error but the [redacted], even with insurance they do not cover packages that say "Delivered". 
 
If you would like screen shots of the entire ordeal I can send them. Out of my 4 years in business this is the first time this has ever happened to us.

Review: On October 2nd 2015 I ordered two cloth diapers from Sassybumz. I was told it would only take 6 to 8 weeks for product delivery, however the company failed to meet that deadline and gave no reason why. When a complaint was made on their [redacted] account they simply deleted it. After several attempts to rectify the issue with the company they sent the product only to have the product not arrive and another complaint was made, Sassybumz again deleted the comment and blocked all further contact. Sassybumz has made no attempt to help their customer or resolve the issue that stemmed from their own poor business practices.Desired Settlement: I would like Sassybumz to complete the order and send my product to me, as well as open up communication rather than shut out their customers that are having issues.

Response:

Credit Card processing takes 2-3 business days to go through since this was paid with a credit card and not with [redacted]. We already sent the first part of your order ([redacted]) with shipping insurance and we personally paid for the shipping of 90's Kid Take Two with insurance since we didn't want anyone who had ordered more then one diaper to wait for 90's Kid Take Two to be completed. We have refunded you $45 which is $2 more then you are owed. I have attached an image of the refund receipt to this response.
