a water leak on the 3rd floor stained the ceiling in the condo that we own, the above company wants my tenant to move to a hotel for 4 days at her expence till the work is done and the bugs are sprayed.

Business called our office and want to know what building the consumer is referring to as the business does not manage any buildings on *** and does not know who *** is. Requires more information.

Thank you for your help, I will be pleased if the work starts when they said it would, and if the ceiling looks as good as when it was painted 2 years ago, from what my renter told me all they are going to paint is the water stained parts,this we have tried before
