Dakota Dunes Casino did not honor a coupon that they have listed on the back of a ticketon Sept. 19, 2015 I went to the Dakota Dunes Casino with a coupon that stated pay $10 Get $20 free play. They did not honor this as they said it was not the actual event ticket but the receipt stub, however the coupon was listed and nothing was listed saying it was not valid on a receipt stub. [redacted]. I drove a half hour thinking this coupon would be honored and they would not. Everything needed was on the ticket, ie; Date of event, timing to use the ticket was still valid as the event was the previous evening. I talked to four managers and they all said there was no way they would honor it, even though the coupon was there and valid. I do have pictures of the coupon that I can send you if required. They even agreed that the coupon was misleading and should not have been on the receipt stub (not consumers problem). But still would do nothing for me.
