very upset
My mother has had SAS shoes that she has worn the same pair for 10 years but needed new ones, so I tell her I will help her out. When I looked at the site they send me a code and says take 10 dollars off a purchase of 100 dollars or more. and when I went to another store because I could not find her shoes at SAS, they said the code wasnt theirs so I went back to SAS and tell them about the code, the woman says what is the code, I tell her and she proceeds to tell me that it is not their codes because their codes are longer. So I tell me mom to wait until the next day so I can talk to them in person but before I can I am sent another email with a code and its the exact code that the woman said wasnt theirs. I live on the west coast and my mom on the east coast so before I can talk to her the next day I get another email with the same code on it but this one unlike the other ones has a message saying it expires in 48 hours, where the first 2 do not have any expiration date as such. So I tell my mom that I will try to see what I can fins for her and 2 days later I get another email saying that I let that code lapse so he is giving me 15 dollars off of a purchase of 100 dollars but nowhere does it say can not be used more than once. So I email the guy back and tell him how rude the woman was and lied to me from the beginning then I wasnt able to use the code because their store wouldnt take it when I tried to purchase merchandise with it, my mom says well I need those shoes for my feet (she has very bad feet pain wise) and she says these shoes help relieve some of the pain when she is wearing them, so I purchase a pair of the shoes and recieve the 15 dollars off, then my mom says did you order the white and black ones, I had said no because I was not sure if the code would work. So I send the guy another email or several explaining that the first of the emails they said me, the code doesnt work and the woman lied to me about it not being their code but then I say if it wasnt your code how is it I was sent the same code 3 times with the the time giving me a time limit. He says they are a small time store and pride themselves on helping their customers. So I tell the guy that if that was the case then why do they left their employees lie and deceive their customers. and then I told him if you say you want to help people and if there is anything he can do for my mom in the future I tell him to honor what they offer. Do not offer to help in the future hoping that the customer will forget, if you do not want to help your customers new and old do not say things like that if you are not going to honor what you say. I am very disappointed in this company. Tracy

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I purchased a pair of shoes from SAS Store on Juan Tabo When I got home I realized that they were the same style as ones I had problems with before because of the location of the stitching on the shoe and my bunions So I took them backWhen I walked in the store with shoes in my hand the woman asked if she could help I said Yes I have a pair ofshoes to exchange or return She said - without opening the package We do not take back shoes that have been worn I said " I did not wear these and I opened the box to show them to herShe became very hostile and said "yes you did" Now I won't evoo en exchange them and I want you out of here" and she opened the door and said if I didn't leave she would call the police Well at that point I was very upset - she wouldn't listen to me that I had Not worn them - I turned the shoes over so she could see - but she wouldn't look at them She shoved them back in the bag and kept yelling for me to get out of there The man next door ( guess he was the owner - came in He was very kind - he looked at the shoes and said He would exchange them - then she accused him of taking my side He said he was not , but wanted to take care of the situation I told him at that point that I could not work with her to exchange any more I was too upset This was my most embarrassing and humiliating moment in my years of my life - and it had to be at what used to be my most favorite shoe store I believe that an elegant store like yours should not hire people like her I still have the shoes in the same bag and have not worn them and I would really like a refundThank you Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

MrCand his staff does an excellent job on my yardI enjoy the business relationship we haveThey are always excited about pleasing their customersWe receive lots of compliments on our yard I love the results when they finish grooming the lawn

This is a great companyI get compliments daily from neighbors and friends

Store refused to refund me for a pair of shoes I returned within less than hoursI purchased the shoe in an emergency for a military inspection, the shoe turned out to be the wrong style and I immediately returned it after wearing it onceThe store took back the shoe and refused to refund me for the purchase
