I have attached a photo comparing the suit returned from Sarni with a comparable suit--exact same model and manufacturer, but gray instead of blueHaving just received the blue one back from *** ***, I was unable to comment sooner You will see how the one cleaned by Sarni has a puckered liner and has a slight blue coloration (vsthe non-Sarni one that is smooth and white)*** *** clearly laundered the (blue) suitThat is why the liner is puckered and the faded blue--what happens when you wash clothing that is "dry clean only" materialThe exterior is also coarse instead of silky and finished, as a fine Italian suit would be. *** *** claims that surely the suit would have also shrunkIt has, although not as profoundly as he suggestsI suspect it was allowed to air dry and was then pressed. I am prepared to submit the suit to an expert third party for evaluation and resolutionI am confident that this will reveal his negligence in careThis is a $suit

Their response is untrueI stated that it was shirts and pairs of pants during my original call in MayI dropped off the clothing at one of their locations and the woman told me I did not need a receipt and just to leave the bag on the counter. Overall, I am not surprised by their response to the Revdex.comThis company has acted disingenuously with me from the startI was told in early June after I had called a number of times that I would be refunded or compensated in some way and now, four months later, they have done nothing to indicate they ever intended to do so Regards,

Again, the suit was not washed and then air driedHowever, it you do not believe me then we can have the suit analyzed by an independent laboratory that will determine what happened to the suitIf the lab report comes back stating that we improperly cleaned the suit then I will be glad to pay for itThe cost of the analysis is $I will be glad to pay halfAre you willing to pay the other half to find out the truth?
I am responding to a complaint filed by [redacted]. [redacted] contacted us, and said he had dropped of an order back in May, that he never received back. He originally said it was for 2 pants and 2 shirts. He later said it was in June and it was for 4 pants and 4 shirts. We have asked him for a...
receipt, to show that he dropped them off. We have done a thorough search and are not able to find anything in our system for being dropped off in May or June. He did drop off clothes to us in March. April and July all of which he has received from us.

Have accepted the proposal of the vendor, but need to reopen the case. The vendor proposed use of a third party to evaluate the damage to the item in question. I now live in Texas, however, so I want to propose using a mutually agreed local vendor. Regards,
