On Sept I was using the air pump to the store but it was leaking more aire than it was putting outI inform both works the male said it's something that you are doing f*ed upI inform him that's not possible and he started to yell and scream I inform him that he didn't have to talk to me in that mannerHe said he would call the owner of it I said okay than he said I was the only to use it than he stated one other person used it and he continued to lie and avoided my questionI told him I didn't want a refund just to inform him that his equipment was faultyHe told me he w as to busy to deal with this s*** and to get out of his storeI said you guys have poor customer service he said f* you
