Review: I have contacted this company several times through their customer service email and their Facebook page pertaining to items ordered on 3/28, my bi-monthly subscription service for April 2013 and a replacement Chocolate mask that she was supposed to replace from a previous order. I have yet to receive my items and it's been over eight (8) weeks. I was told that replacement orders had been sent out on two ocassions but have yet to receive tracking numbers for these shipments. The owner is having health issues but at the same time is holding big sales and sending out other peoples orders that were ordered way after mine.Desired Settlement: All I want is the products I paid for but if all else fails I want a refund.
