Review: I hired Sardinia & sons to replace sidewalk,apron driveway & walkway they did drive & walkway then I was told they couldn't do sidewalk & apron cause they didn't have insurance to pull permits I gave so far 2500.00 down payment and is now demanding 1700.00 for work they did I refuses to pay cause work is incomplete. The purpose of me hiring this company is because I got a violation from the city to replace sidewalk and apron violation is still on this property I just want the work completed and when it's completed I will be gladly to pay in full. I have a contract from Sardinia & sons stating what was to done on my property (The Work Is Incomplete)Desired Settlement: I just want the work completed don't care how they have to pull permits to do it even if they have to hire another company to do so I want what the contracts aids
