I purchased a 3 year contract with this company beginning March 3, 2014, and ending March 2, 2017.I was guaranteed that I could call and get telephone technical support from the company as often as needed for the time period in question. I received support for the first year each time I called without much of a problem. a few times I had a problem getting in touch with them via telephone, getting a fast busy. Finally they put an icon on my desk top of my laptop so I had to do was click on it and get immediate support. Today, I clicked on my icon and said I was having trouble with my printer. Contact waas lost by this person with me and before he signed off of my computer he removed the icon and did not try to call me back. This company has by phone number because it has not changed. I still have 2 years left on this contract. If the company does not want to provide the service, than I deserve a [redacted] refund. I have paid up front [redacted] per year for three years and they have only provided one year of service. The phone number does not appear to be in working order. All that happens is a fast busy. I have not been able to verify if this in fact a working order number. The person that I spoke to is a man named [redacted] at the phone number I have provided with an extension number of [redacted] A one time amount was charged to my Visa card for [redacted] for three years support. [redacted] sent me a untitled verification of what the money was for and the length of time the service was to be provided.Product_Or_Service: Tech Support for my lap top and printersOrder_Number: No order number provAccount_Number: No contract number pDesired SettlementThis company can pay me for the time remaining in the contract of 2 years at [redacted] I am willing to let them keep [redacted] for the first year of service and support they provided.

An employee there posed as a Microsoft employee. They convinced me to purchase $220 worth of services that did not work, and now will not refund. An employee at Sara Web tech posed as a Microsoft employee. They convinced me to purchase $220 worth of anti-virus services. This man told me that I would have no more issues with my computer, however I did experience more. Now they will not refund. Desired Settlement$220.00Business Response I have gone through the complaint and checked the company records. After checking the entire customer database, we were not able to find any customer with the name of Ms. [redacted] with an email address of [redacted]. As per the complaint of the customer, the customer said that she paid $220.00 to someone. This is just for the information that we do not have any subscription plans of $220.00. Secondly, whenever a customer subscribes to our services, we send a service agreement & the customer signs a Adobe Echosign Document. The Adobe Echosign is sent to the customer on her email address. If the customer has paid then there should be a Adobe Echosign service agreement on the customer email address. Moreover from our end we send a service agreement to the customer about the description of services that the customer will be getting for the payment he has made. Last but not the least, whenever a person makes an online transaction of a credit card and is charged / the merchant sends a information about the company that has charged in the Credit card bill. This will state that whether the charge was from a legitimate company or not as the credit card statement bears the name of the company that has charged the card. When we talk about SARAWEBTECH INC. we inform the customer that we are a third party software service support provider and a verification from the customer is taken by the supervisor informing about the services and whether the customer agrees for the payment or not.I beleive that this feedback will help you in getting the issue resolved.[redacted]For Sarawebtech Inc

On [redacted] I purchased a 5 yr tech support contract I was put in cont.act through [redacted] or [redacted] am unable to contact them. Ph# changed.Purchase [redacted] 7 year contract for tech support. The phone number placed on my desk top by their tech is no longer good. I paid for the contract with an [redacted] Card.Desired SettlementI want support or a reimbursement. The service cost [redacted] and this is third time I tried to use the service and it can't be obtained.

I was convinced that I needed a Network shield with an anti-hacking program, so I purchased this from them. I, also, purchased a Internet protection package from their partner company, Safecart. When I contacted my internet provider, I was informed that this company is a scam company. I was told that they put issues on my computer so that they can have access to my personal information and pet problems on my computer so I would continually call them. I called to ask for them to remove the program and a gentleman, [redacted], told me he would put a trojan virus on my computer to see if my internet provider, Frontier.com, could remove it. I spoke to [redacted] about getting a refund and she was very rude and told me that if I received a refund I would not ever be able to contact them again. I paid $299.99 for a 3 year protection plan and have had it for 1 year and I paid $199.99 for the anti-hacking program. I have asked for a refund and Ms.[redacted] got more or less threatening to me. She kept complaining about having ulcers in her mouth and could not talk any longer. She told me to have a drink of water and relax. She said she would extend my internet protection plan another year if I did not receive the refund. Very unprofessional. I would like to get my money refunded and let other people know about this SCAM company. Since I have had this program, I have received more scam emails than ever. There have been hundreds of them. Please help me with this. Thank you.Product_Or_Service: NETWORK SECURITY SUPPORT SERVICES LIFETIMEDesired SettlementI would like a refund for the Network Security Shield with the anti-hacking program and, at least, a 2 years worth of refund on the computer protection plan.Business Response Had a Telephonic conversation with the customer and informed the customer about the additional subscription plan for which she paid $199.99 has been cancelled and also got a confirmation that the customer has received the money back into her account. Also informed the customer that her rest of the services remains the same and is still active and she can give us a call whenever she wants. The customer has been sent a email regarding the same.Final Consumer Response They have decided to refund the $199.99 but since they are doing that they are cancelling my contract with SafeCart which is a subsidiary of their company. I paid $299.99 for a 3 year subscription and have 2 years left. I asked them to refund the remaining amount for the 2 years and refuse to do that. I feel I am being cheated out of approximately $200.00.

Sarawebtech tricked me into signing up for their services. They need to refund me. About 3 months ago, I searched for Microsoft MSN contact number online, because I had issue with my email account and my computer being slow. I have premium services with MSN for which I pay a monthly fee. The number I got said it was for MSN. However, when I call I fell onto Sarawebtech that posed itself as MSN support. The guy convinced me to buy for 5 year services for $399.99. After the call, I felt like I was cheated, unprepared. Today, I called to cancel the service, the guy refused. Since he refused, I told him to keep me for 1 year and to refund me the pro-rate. He still refused. I need them to refund me. There is nothing in the receipt they gave me that states their refund policy. It has been only 3 months and I have not used their services for the full 5 years, so they need to refund me the percentage of unused time. I got MSN premium with virus protection and it is financially disastrous for me to be paying two different services. They tricked me into enrolling for their services. I would never contact them if they did not pose themselves for MSN on the web search. Thanks.Desired SettlementI need them to refund my money. When I signed up one year was for $99.99. Since I signed up 3 months ago, if they want to charge me for 1 year ($99.99), it will be okay, but they need to refund me $300 for the remaining 4years.
