Review: I was there with three other people and I was charged gratuity on the check and nothing as such was mentioned on their menu card or anywhere else. When I confronted the server, he said it is a city wise ordinance and it is a regular practice followed in all NYC restaurants. I wanted to see if that is mentioned on any of the official city website that restaurants are supposed to charge gratuities with nothing mentioned either on their menu card or anywhere else, server couldn't provide any information regarding that.Desired Settlement: They should stop this business practice if it not ethical. I am not sure though if this is really a law but the way server panicked when I confronted, I believe it is an unethical business practice.
