The complainant signed and acknowledged the qualifying criteria indicating they understood that we cannot accept landlord debt of any kind The applicant was denied, but then later as a courtesy we offered to approve them if they paid the single item on the credit holding up their approval This seemed to resolve that part of the complaint Initially upon being declined the applicant's administrative fee in the amount of $was processed for refund It was refunded within days of denial, received in the office on Saturday, November 22nd The complainant may pick it up at anytime or it can be mailed to them at the address of their choice

The complainant signed and acknowledged the qualifying criteria indicating they understood that we cannot accept landlord debt of any kind.  The applicant was denied, but then later as a courtesy we offered to approve them if they paid the single item on the credit holding up their approval....

 This seemed to resolve that part of the complaint.  Initially upon being declined the applicant's administrative fee in the amount of $150 was processed for refund.  It was refunded within 30 days of denial, received in the office on Saturday, November 22nd.  The complainant may pick it up at anytime or it can be mailed to them at the address of their choice.
