I am writing in regards to the subject complaint with Saratoga HospitalI want to make it clear that I am not satisfied with the outcome of this dispute. Saratoga Hospital was not responsive to my complaints and was very disingenuous with their responses to me and to the Revdex.comAs an example, the hospital responded to the Revdex.com on June with the following statement: "*** is not a bad debt collection agencyThey are an extension of my billing department and are tasked to send statements and make telephone calls to customers for all selfpay balances from $to $999.99." Saratoga Hospital sent a notice on May stating that my account would be referred to a c:ollection agency even though I was actively attempting to resolve the discrepancy*** stands for Computer Credit IncorporatedThe letter sent to me by *** on June was called a Collection Notice. In the end, Saratoga Hospital Is continuing to bill me for services that I did not requestI provided them the requested services in writing when l scheduled the services. Thank you for your attention to this matter

The business has responded to my complaint regarding one of two billing disputes. The business responded to my dispute regarding the laboratory charges only. The response details that the business did resubmit to my insurance company. The new claim did lower my payment but this is largely due to the fact that my deductible has now been met any I am only responsible for a percentage of the claim. The business performed additional laboratory analysis despite my specific verbal and written request. Had they followed my request for this service, my insurance company would have paid for the service in full at no cost to me.I dispute the fact that the business responded promptly to me after I contacted them. I contacted them multiple times without a satisfactory response. It was only after I sent a certified letter to the business Chief Financial Officer that they responded to my complaint.I have not heard from the business on my dispute regarding the office visit described in my original complaint.
