To whom it may concern:As per paragraph of the Used Boat Purchase Agreement between Saratoga Boatworks, and MrLee, the customer had the opportunity to examine the boat himself at the demo/inspection date, which he did At the time of the demo, Mr [redacted] pointed out several items which he thought should be replaced Saratoga Boatworks agreed to give Mr [redacted] a $rebate to cure those items, in exchange, Mr [redacted] agreed that the boat suited his needs, and took delivery of the boat.After Mr [redacted] took delivery of the boat and used it for the summer, according to his mechanic, an upper seal on the outdrive failed These are wear parts, they wear out over time and need to be replaced The boat was manufactured over years ago It is not like purchasing a New boat, with a manufacturers warranty This boat would cost over $150,new A year old boat will require more maintenance & repair than a New boat.Saratoga Boatworks did NOT agree with Mr [redacted] to replace anything & everything that wears out or breaks down, as per the terms of our agreement.Joshua M***General Sales ManagerSaratoga Boatworks, Inc
