First of all I have record of numerous attempts to communicate with lighthouse with regards to the issue. I have record of multiple calls I've made and emails that I've saved also I thought that this had been resolved. I have not heard anything from lighthouse with regards to there being any balance or any further issue. As I stated I am the only person that is initiated contact throughout the whole process so I have no clue what they're talking about. It's my hope that they will genuinely attempt to communicate with me with regards to this matter.
