business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
A business like theirs should not advertise on a delivery site if they are just in it for the money from the customer and not want to provide any type of customer service at all. This business doesn't care about their customers at all, all they want is money and to do the least as possible to make it. This business should not be able to treat it's customers like garbage, if they are going to yell at their customers and tell them that they are wrong when they clearly messed up our order, thats no way to run a business. This owner/manager couldn't even give an apology to us for their mistake, the business deserves every bad review we've given them.
